Another day, another magnificently constructed gown from John Galliano’s Mainline collection 1997. Think his inspiration for this came from Spanish Flamenco dancers.
No silk chiffon frill trim was spared on this masterpiece, it has a plunging deep v neckline, sheer torso & open back all finished with delicate ruffles. The skirt of the dress has a contrasting satin sash which ties to the side with a delicate knot, finished with a fabulous dramatic long fringing and a super sexy short lace panel beneath.
the dress is in super condition & this Galliano creation also inspired a collection in early 2000’s which he produced under the house of Dior.
