All items are sent via UPS 1st class signed for with a tracking number. You will be emailed a confirmation once you have placed your order and then a dispatch email with your tracking number on once we have posted your item(s). We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days unless otherwise stated.

We are happy to ship world-wide but due to insurance on some of our luxury designer pieces postage cost varies. Please contact us directly for a quote, questions or queries and most importantly peace of mind.

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase anything from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Returns Policy

Please contact us at infoparisiansweet@gmail.com should you have any problems with your order. We offer a 14 days return policy on faulty items but not for change of heart. As stated, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene. we do not offer refunds.

We're not a chain but an independent store and work extremely hard to give you the best possible service. Once we have received your faulty returns request we will issue you a returns number. We do not refund postage. For your own protection we advise you to return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Upon receiving the returned item(s) we will process the refund within 5 working day.

The need for a return would be unusual, as we are sure you'll be in love with your new treasure from us!
