For Spring Summer 2002, John Galliano looks to the drama of the Russian Ballet houses for this collection. Another key reference is legendary couturier Madame Vionnet, known for the bias cut Galliano himself favoured time and time again at Dior. Fluidity and the organic drape of the fabric shine through as the 1920s influenced gown moves when worn.
