Profile: Jackariaeh Francis

For the benefit of newcomers and old friends alike!

Welcome to our profile series! This will be a recurring fixture in our 2022 blog, highlighting stylists, photographers and fashionistas who keep us sane with their work. Who better to start with than Jackariaeh himself.

Having moved from Plymouth where we had a physical store (many will remember!) and dealt primarily in vintage clothing, Parisian Sweet opted to base itself in Chelsea. Here we have ran online from our new home and have loved the new opportunities this exhilarating/exhausting (delete as appropriate) city has brought us. Amongst bringing you all chapters and sales, we have walked red carpets, dressed and styled some brilliant people, and strapped a Birkin to a kids chair in a Sainsbury’s trolley. I think that Jackariaeh has a sixth sense when it comes to where to look and how to source, in the same day opening my eyes to a hole-in-the-wall antique emporium, to dashing door to door down Bond St in the same hour. This skill has made P.S what it is today, and how we can be editorial on what we want to sell. Jackariaeh is meticulous with every bag that we have. The passion and knowledge of Chanel in particular is a driving force behind many of our most exceptional finds.

P.S will always be a labour of love, not just because baby Noah (pampered poodle not human child) needs his organic food, but because fashion is what keeps us going. Jackariaeh falls somewhere between Sex and The City and Absolutely Fabulous, which keeps fashion fun. I believe that adding fun to anything makes you look more confident, chic and successful which is certainly how the House of Parisian Sweet runs on the daily.

So, to our all-sourcing-photographing-instagramming-emailing-styling-author to be, there is no stopping now!
