All items are send via Royal Mail 1st class signed for with a tracking number. You will be emailed a confirmation once you have placed your order and then a dispatch email with your tracking number on once we have posted your item(s). We are happy to ship world-wide but due to insurance on some of our luxury designer pieces postage cost varies. Please contact me directly for a quote, questions or queries and most importantly peace of mind.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments direct or through PayPal. This store uses PayPal for payments to ensure they are 100% secure. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase anything from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Returns Policy

Please contact us on infoparisiansweet@gmail.com should you have any problems with your order. We offer a 14 days return policy on faulty items but not for change of heart. As stated, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene. We're not chain but an independent store and work extremely hard to give you the best possible service. You can return items to us as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via e-mail infoparisiansweet@gmail.com. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition with any tags still attached. Once we have received your returns request we will issue you a returns number. From the date we issue a returns number the customer then has a further 7 days to return the goods to us for a refund.
We do not refund postage. For your own protection we advise you to return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Upon receiving the returned item(s) we will process the refund within 48 hours.

The need for a return would be unusual, as we are sure you'll be in love with your new treasure from us.
